This community has a 9 ACRE PARK, kids splash pad, wide streets, most homes have 3 car garages, Rv Pads, and beautiful landscaping. Ivory Homes is Still Building homes here as well. This is my favorite Lehi Community.
These homes have INCREDIBLE VIEWS over looking the valley, close proximity to the tech hub in Lehi as well as shopping at Traverse Mountain. This neighborhood includes a community pool and hot tub, park and a large grass sledding hill in the winter time.
Cranberry farms was originally developed by Ivory Homes around 2005. This neighborhood has a community pool, walking paths, some homes back up to the jordan river making a nice view! This is one of the lowest Hoa's around that actually has a pool. It's 30 bucks a month. BEST VALUE
Best Neighborhoods in Lehi $200-350K
Located on the north shore of Utah Lake this community gets into a more affordable price point because the homes do not have the added sq footage of a basement. The Lake is too close. Most homes range from 1400-2200 sq ft getting the price point around 275K.
Centennial Park Area
This area of homes by Lehi's Centennial park is a gem most people don't know to focus in on. It's loaded with mature trees, nice homes, close proximity to the point of the mountain jobs in Lehi. Well priced 300K- 375k.
